Forrest and Rob are fabulous!! I had an issue with a protest hat that I had ordered from a different shop because it did not arrive), and Forrest was willing to step in and make one for me. He also previously made one for my sweet rescue, Sunshine, who protests with me, so my picture includes us both. Quality is amazing, and customer service is even better. I highly recommend this shop!! đ„°
